The Pantalone family is a premade family which is referred but unplayable in The Sims 2 and can be played in the downloadable neighborhood of Monte Vista in The Sims 3.

In Monte Vista, it consists of the elderly married couple, Vincentio and Francisca Pantalone. Not much is known about their previous life, as descriptions of family members contain only a standart text for Monte Vista residents, while family description mostly refers to their daughter Isabella, who joined the numerous Monty family via marriage to Patrizio Monty, and grandchildren.

In The Sims 2, all of the name of Pantalone are deceased from the start of the game (and have no character data to perform a resurrection). They appear only as ancestors in the family tree of the Monty family. Strangely enough, while both Vincentio and Francisca have parents in the family tree in The Sims 2, these parents are not mentioned and are nowhere to be found in the family tree in The Sims 3. Why all descriptions of family members in Monte Vista (And Sunlit Tides, Aurora Skies, Midnight Hollow and Roaring Heights) only contains a standard text (it's different in every neighborhood) is unknown.
