Peter Tutti (or Peter Party Guys as he is known in The Sims for console) is a Sim in The Sims for console and The Sims Bustin' Out for console. At the beginning of The Sims Bustin' Out, if your Sim is female, you are repeatedly asked by Peter Tutti to kiss him while in a disco.
