The Plasma 501 is a hidden Vampire bar located in Bridgeport in The Sims 3: Late Night[1].
It has been hinted that it might be located inside a Skyscraper[2].
In terms of interior, we don't know much about what it's going to look like inside, apart from that it is quite dark, with a few red spots floating around[citation needed].
