In the context of Sims, potty refers to a skill that is associated with a toddler's ability to relieve their bladder motive through the use of a potty chair. The skill starts appearing in The Sims 2, and has appeared in all base games ever since (although it has appeared in The Sims 4 when the toddler patch was added on 12th January 2017).
