Prom is a new feature present in The Sims 3: Generations for teens. A notice will pop up a few days before the actual prom so that the player can plan a date and plan an outfit. The player can ask, be asked or go alone to the Prom. Prom participans may be nominated a prom queen/king. The more friends in high school a teen has the more likely he/she will be nominated prom king/queen. The prom can also end with bad results..such as the sim getting into a fight being stood up ect.
