To resurrect Rainelle without using [[SimPE]], one will have to activate [[Boolprop testingcheatsenabled]] and spawn the [[Tombstone of Life and Death]]. Make sure the active Sim has no actions in their queue, then pause the game. Be sure that the game is on speed 1. Now, the player must cycle through the Tombstone's "Add Neighbor to Family" menu until Rainelle is found. Then she must be clicked. The game must be resumed and then paused by pressing P twice quickly. If these steps are done correctly, she will stay on the screen. Shift-click her and press "Make Sim my Contact". Now, when the game is unpaused, she will fade away. She can now be resurrected with the Resurrect-O-Nomitron.
An easy way is to activate Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true the go to your active sim and shift click their mailbox. click make me know everyone or somting like that. Then in the cheat box put unlockallrewards or unlockallcareerrewards. If you have University in the career rewards tab there sould be unlocked the Resurrect-O-Nomitron.Then click that and place it somewhere. Then you call the grim reaper and a box pops up and there sould be sims listed there.Go find Rainelle Neengia name and click and she should be resurrected.
