The One Man's Junk Car by Mechanically Minded is a hobby object found in The Sims 2: FreeTime. It is found in the Hobbies - Miscellaneous section of Buy mode, and costs §800. Like other cars, it must be placed on a driveway.

Working on the body or engine builds Mechanical skill and enthusiasm for the Tinkering hobby. When the car is fully restored, the player can click on it and select a paint option. After the Sim has finished painting the car, the car will become the Awesome Customized Car, and will be drivable. It can also be sold in Buy mode, and has an initial value of §5200. If Open for Business is installed, it can be sold in a business.

The first time a Sim finishes restoring the car, he or she will get a special memory.

The finished car is a classic-style muscle car generally resembling a 1970 Dodge Challenger. It has the same comfort, energy, and fun stats as the Yomoshoto Evasion, even though its initial cost is less than the cost of a Smoogo Minima.
