The medium sized house features a living room with dining area and an open kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms but only two have beds (the tutorial teach the player how to buy one). The player wont stay in the lot for too long except if he wants. In the back features a large yard, a patio and a trampoline. |

Rockwell Acres is a residential lot that only appear in The Sims 2 for console in story mode, Ossie and Felicity live here and is the first house that the player stays. There is a lot of dirt on the kitchen floor for the player clean.
The medium sized house features a living room with dining area and an open kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms but only two have beds (the tutorial teach the player how to buy one). The player wont stay in the lot for too long except if he wants. In the back features a large yard, a patio and a trampoline.
