Rockwell Acres is a residential lot that only appears in The Sims 2 for console in story mode. Ossie Madison and Felicity Usher live here, and it is the first lot the player stays at in the game. There is a lot of dirt on the kitchen floor for the player to clean up.
The medium sized house features a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms, but only two have beds (the tutorial teaches the player how to buy one). The player won't stay in the lot for too long, unless he chooses not to advance to the next lot. In the back features a large yard, a patio and a trampoline.
The house cost around 40,000 simoleons.
