Rod Tutti (or Rod Party Guys as he is known in The Sims for console) is a Sim residing in SimValley. He is one of the few Sims that the player's Sim can marry. He is interested in Travel, The '60s, and Sports.

In The Sims Bustin' Out he lives at 2 Free Street with Peter, Woody, and Ziggy. In The Sims he has a fourth roommate, Randy, who is absent from The Sims Bustin' Out version.

Unlike The Sims Bustin' Out Rod this one is very different in dressing and attitude. In The Sims he's dressed up as a cowboy from the west and has a very different texture to his features.
