Similarities to the Goth's
The Roth Family has various resemblances to the Goth Family. Firstly the names. Morty is very similar to Mortimer, as is Stella to Bella. Xander is similar to Alexander and Sandra is similar to Cassandra. They also have a mirror reversed version of the Goth household (the house is a lot brighter than the Goth's home though). Other similarities are that Stella Roth stays away longer when she gets abducted. Usually, when a sim is abducted, they stay away for up to 4 hours, Stella stays away for 7.
The Movie The Movie The Roths is the movie like the game, it stars Saint Hillaman (Morty Roth) Sara Jasonmare (Stella Roth) Max Randall (Xandra Roth) and Lisa Martin (Sandra Roth). The Movie took 4 years to make, and director Liam Keyswas getting impatient and still wasn't satisfied with the picture in the film. The Roths is about the family when they lose all their money and end up having to leave their big glorious mansion, and then they inherit money from one of Morty's little schemes.
