Roxanna Moxie is an Urb residing in Miniopolis. She works in the carnival and is the leader of the Artsies.

In The Urbz for Nintendo Gamecube, her outfit appears in the Gamecube port of the game as a free outfit. To get this outfit, go to blankwood towers and access the free wardrobe that looks like a purple gamecube as a female. When inside her outfit will appear.
