He completed his lifetime wish before dying.
He is strongly implied to be one of the relatives of the [[Racket family]], having the Mean-Spirited and Evil traits of the Racket elders, [[Max Racket|Max]] and [[Marigold Racket|Marigold]], and sharing their surname. This is not confirmed, however, since he doesn't appear on their family tree. He also resembles very much [[Bill Racket]].
