'''S. Windle Racket''' was a [[Sim]] who lived in [[Twinbrook]]. He died of Electrocution and is buried in the [[Ivy Hill Graveyard]]. His first name might be connected to the word "Swindle," meaning to steal something from somebody in a clever way, often by tricking them into giving it to you. He completed his [[lifetime wish]] before dying.
He is strongly implied to be one of the relatives of the [[Racket family]], having the Mean-Spirited and Evil traits of the Racket elders, [[Max Racket|Max]] and [[Marigold Racket|Marigold]], and sharing their surname. This is not confirmed, since he doesn't appear on their family tree. He also greatly resembles [[Bill Racket]].
