These playable creatures have two eyes instead of the single camera-like eye of Servos, and they have a more robotic, less streamlined appearance. This is consistent with the belief that ''The Sims 3'' is set 50 years before ''The Sims 2'' and 25 years before ''The Sims'', and has led to speculation that SimBots are prototypes for Servos. (''The Sims 2'' Servos clearly appear as golden statues in the [[science lab]]s, so it appears that they are a long-term goal.) SimBots can be male or female.
Becareful when making them wet, if they are, they will short out.
You will need to repair the SimBot before time runs out or the Simbot is destroyed.
In the Sims 3: World Adventures (If you have ambitions aswell), if you put a SimBot and a mummy, they will still fight.<br />
Noted that the SimBot will always win (Or perhaps not, better hope it doesn't short out), because it's more high tech.
Instead of a repairman, or repairing your simbot, you can use the [[testingcheatsenabled true]] cheat, by pressing Shift+Ctrl+C then type that code, enter, then press the moodelt and Ctrl click, to get rid of it.<br />
This will not make the process of the Simbot dieing happen, it will make it well again.
