SimVac

The SimVac is an aspiration reward which looks something like a mad scientist's version of a small vacuum cleaner. It transfers either 3000 aspiration points or one skill point from any one Sim on the lot, and has 5 uses. If the user is not in gold or platinum aspiration, the transfer may go from the user, instead of to them. No matter which way the transfer goes, using the SimVac will have a negative effect on the two Sims' relationship.
If the SimVac is used to absorb a skill point, the user has no control over which skill is absorbed. Transferring aspiration points does not drain aspiration reward points from the target, or give them to the user.
