- As the tallest structure of campus the Tower has come to represent the high standards and lofty goals of Sim State students and alumni.
The Sim State Tower is the newer, sleeker, shinier, version of the infamous Old Sim State Tower. It is nearly identical to the old one and "holds a special place in Sim State graduates hearts." It's a famous landmark on the campus and there's not much to do with either of them. It is six stories high. On the top floor there is a hot tub.
