Your sim can make a normal snowman and sometimes a devil one. Once made, Sims only have the action to knock them over, but a [[Penguin]] will come to your lot and speak to them knocked over or not.
Snowmen will melt if all the snow on a lot has melted. If a [[neighborhood]] has winter all year long, the snowman will never melt.
