Snubbing is a social action in The Sims 3: Generations.
Snubbing is an interaction that can only exist between teens. When one teen is snubbing the other, they are completely ignoring them: they won't go to parties they are invited to, they'll push the other sim away in interactions and they will basically ignore them until their relationship goes below zero.
