The Social Worker will not come to teens and older. If a Baby, Child or Toddler becomes severly malnourished, the social worker will take them away. Or, it could be an orphan. Orphaned Sims of the above ages with no-one else (teen, adult, elder) in the house, the Social Worker will come. |

The Social Worker will not come to teens and older. If a Baby, Child or Toddler becomes severly malnourished, the social worker will take them away. Or, it could be an orphan. Orphaned Sims of the above ages with no-one else (teen, adult, elder) in the house, the Social Worker will come.
