== Life leading up to ''The Sims'' ==

In ''[[The Sims]]'', she is a child living with her parents, [[Mortimer Goth]] and [[Bella Goth]]. Cassandra is an A student, and enjoys having tea with her grandmother, [[Cornelia Goth]]. She wears round, horn-rimmed glasses; a white-collared shirt; and a blue, knee-length skirt. Cassandra is shy and doesn't say much. Not much is known about her until she has her own story to tell in ''[[The Sims 2]]''. She enjoys reading and playing with her toys.

== Life leading up to ''The Sims 2'' ==

In the 25 years that have theoretically passed between ''[[The Sims]]'' and ''[[The Sims 2]]'', she makes her reappearance living in Goth Manor with her aging father, [[Mortimer Goth]], and her bright younger brother, [[Alexander Goth]]. She has grown into an adult and honors her last name. She wears a long, black, Medieval-style dress; host pigtails; round glasses; and rarely smiles. She is engaged to [[Don Lothario]], the neighborhood Casanova. Cassandra does not realize, or appears unaware that he is also involved with several other women. She is also unaware of the crush that [[Darren Dreamer]] has on her. She works as a Field Researcher in the [[Science]] [[career]] track, like her father, [[Mortimer Goth|Mortimer]]. Cassandra is an [[adult]] and becomes an [[elder]] in 26 days. She is generally shy, neat and occasionally playful, her favorite activities are playing piano and reading. Cassandra wants to have a family and live a normal life. She is close friends with [[Mary-Sue Pleasant]], and has been since they were children. When you first play as the Goths in ''The Sims 2'', Cassandra and Don are in the backyard and the game gives you a tip to set the mood with Don. Once you do that you can get married right away and call a party or just do it with Cassandra's family, although it is usual for Don to leave Cassandra at the altar under these circumstances.
