She is completely unplayable without the use of hacks such as [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]]. Hero resided, during her lifetime, in [[Veronaville]], one of the [[neighborhood]]s that ships with the game. When the neighborhood is first played, Antonio and the twins are in the Veronaville [[Family bin]]. Hero potty trained Beatrice and taught her how to walk and talk. She also taught Benedick how to walk. According to the [[memories]] of her immediate [[Monty family|family]] members, Hero died not long after Benedick and Beatrice aged into [[child]]ren. She is most likely the last Sim who died in Veronaville before the start of the game. This can be seen when comparing [[Romeo Monty|Romeo]] and [[Juliette Capp|Juliette]]'s memories.▼

Originally Hero may have been meant to live as she has grandparents in her family tree and her parents died as [[adult]]s like all deceased parents of living [[Veronaville]] Sims. Another hint towards this is her nephews [[Mercutio Monty|Mercutio]] and Romeo recognize her as their aunt which is impossible without editing as she is a relative by marriage, and this only happens otherwise (with the exception of [[Olivia Monty]] and [[Caliban Capp]]) among living pre-made Sims. Also, she is one of the first Sims to be created in Veronaville.<ref>Her NID indicates that she was the thirteenth Sim made in Veronaville. Typically living Sims are usually created first, and then deceased Sims are created afterwards.</ref> It is also hinted in the family bio along with her husband and son's bios that she might have been a casualty in the feud between the Capps and Montys.▼
