Since neither of those skills are required for the first Freshman semester of the History major, it can be assumed that he spent his first semester as undecided.
For some reason, his lack of other skills does not seem to affect the first semester of his Junior year, but if he does not build [[Logic]] and [[Mechanical]] skills during that time, he will have to do some catching up in order to avoid probation in later semesters. Gunnar Roque is probably intended to sound like "Gonna Rock," or "Going To Rock."
