'''7 Sim Lane''' is a lot that appeared in ''[[The Sims]]''. It was owned by [[Bob Newbie|Bob]] and [[Betty Newbie]], and is presumed to be the house where [[Brandi Broke]] grew up. It only has one floor. It has a kitchen which also serves as a dining room and living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a patio with two chairs. The lot was quite large, even though the house was quite small. One strange thing is that the house doesn't have a stove, only a microwave. (In ''The Sims'', microwaves and stoves have the same functions, but this changed in ''The Sims 2''.) The house's price is around 19,000 [[simoleons]]. This lot is right next to [[6 Sim Lane]].
