She has brownish red hair that goes down to her shoulders, brownish eyes and grey eye-shadow. She is normally seen wearing black trainers, with maroon pants and a white short-sleeved shirt with blue sleeves and a red bat on the chest. When conversing with her, she will usually have a big friendly grin on her face, though she will not grin if the player has a low relationship with her.
It's possible that her apparence maybe based on Hayley Williams, the Vocalist of the Pop Punk band, Paramore. This could be assumed based on their similar styles. Seeing as Felicity's hair style and oufit are quite similar to Hayley's in the Music Video for the song, Pressure, which was a featured song in Sims 2 (Console) and was performed by Paramore entirely in simlish.
