The '''Frat Brothers''' household have the pledge brothers [[Ashley Pitts]], [[Joshua Ruben]], [[Kevin Beare]] and [[Castor Nova]] attending the charter at [[Sim State University]].
Ashley is described as not very popular, but very self-centered. Joshua doesn't really know what he wants. Kevin is the nice guy who never gets the girl, and Castor is the cool man who makes all the girls swoon.

This fraternity has 14 rooms, plus a back yard with a brick fence. It is a three-story house that has 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 t.v. rooms, along with halls and a kitchen. The front yard has outdoor lights. The back yard has a couch, two chairs, two tables, two beach recliners and a hot tub.
