:O.T. Yes and no. If you have a Robotics work bench and a Sim with a gold Robotics badge, that sim can build a servo (costs §3,000). Otherwise, if there is a shop owned by a Sim, and they have robotics for sale, they might offer Servos. However, all this is moot if you don't have the Open for Business expansion pack.
