The '''Langerak family''' is a pre-made family in The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. In ''[[The Sims 2]]'' only Kaylynn Langerak was alive. In ''[[The Sims 3]]'' we learn that she has a father named [[Dustin Langerak]], a mother named [[Iliana Langerak]], an aunt named [[Zelda Mae]], and a brother named [[Parker Langerak]]. "Kaylynn Langerak cleans up after her brother and stay-at-home dad, while her mother works all day. Now Kaylynn's aunt Zelda has arrived with a jungle of half-dead plants in tow and things are messier than ever!"
If left unplayed, Zelda Mae usually moves out and marries another Sim. Iliana Langerak commonly divorces her husband and either dies or moves into another house. Parker sometimes strikes up romantic relationships and never comes home. Kaylynn usually stays at home and tries to be nice to everyone - but once or twice in players' games, she mysteriously dies and her urn is put on the coffee table.
