This is a vacant lot with no house build and no decorations, and has an extra right side passage. [[Mortimer Goth]] and [[Bella Goth]] are the sims that visit more often, and if you have a [[child]], [[Cassandra Goth]] will come to visit too. If you place a family in 2 Sim Avenue they will come to visit, too.

It is painted with bricks on the outside, blue sea wallpaper in the living room, blue squares in the bathroom and grey in the bedroom. The flooring is white in the entrance, grey shale in the living room/kitchen, blue squares in the bathroom, purple carpet in the bedroom and brown lilenum in the backyard. [[Chris Roomies]] and [[Melissa Roomies]] are the sims that visit more often. If you place a family on 6 Sim Avenue they will come to visit, too.
