This is where [[Bob Newbie]] and [[Betty Newbie]] live. It has a living room/kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and backyard. It is painted with bricks on the outside, blue sea wallpaper in the living room, blue squares in the bathroom and grey in the bedroom. The flooring is white in the entrance, grey shale in the living room/kitchen, blue squares in the bathroom, purple carpet in the bedroom and brown lilenum in the backyard. [[Chris Roomies]] and [[Melissa Roomies]] are the sims that visit more often. If you place a family on 6 Sim Avenue they will come to visit, too.
