Besides covering the world in whiteness, and decorating evergreen trees and shrubs, snow can be enjoyed by Sims. Sims may choose to build snowmen, create snow angels or start a snowball fight with other Sims if the snow is deep enough. Activities in the snow can drop Sims' body temperatures to dangerous levels relatively quickly, so moderation in the amount of activity is necessary, as well as ensuring that all Sims outside wear outerwear.
Snow will most likely fall during the winter season, but may also occur during late fall, and also in early spring. Brief snow flurries may occur on cold days in fall and spring. Snow should not be confused with [[hail]],
