The snow in ''[[The Sims 3: Seasons]]'' is similar to that in ''The Sims 2: Seasons ''except snow builds thickness gradually on the ground. Sims can build snowmen, create snow angels or start a snowball fight with other Sims if the snow is deep enough. Aliens can also play in the snow; snowmen they build will be green. As in ''The Sims 2: Seasons'', if heavy snow falls during the night, school may be canceled.
In addition to making snowman and snow angels, Sims can also build igloos. Sims can sleep inside an igloo or [[WooHoo]] in one. The igloo will melt when the temperature warms up.
