This section was really odd, and didn't work to get Bella Goth back. I re-wrote the steps to a much less confusing version that actually works.

#Download SimPE from [http://sims.ambertation.de/ sims.ambertation.de]
#Run SimPE once you've installed it
#Go to PluginsTools and-> chooseNeighborhood -> "Neighborhood Browser"
#SelectChoose "Pleasantview"
#UnderGo Filetypesto chooseTools -> "Neighborhood/Memory" -> Sim Browser
#Check the "Uneditable" check box
#Choose "Neighborhood/Memory" again under packed file
#LetSelect Bella Goth from the list of wants, fears and sims run through completely
#Go to the Plugin View and select More -> Memories
#Choose "plugin view" along the bottom row of tabs
#Remove the "[Invisible] Token - I Am Dead {}" memory
#Choose Bella Goth along the left list of sims
#Select any memories which say "I Am Dead" and press delete on the right for each one
#Choose "commit"
#File -> Save
