There is a lot of dirt on the kitchen floor for the player to clean up. a new character has now moved in named Gaz Madison
The medium sized house features a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms, but only two have beds (the tutorial teaches the player how to buy one). The player won't stay in the lot for too long, unless he chooses not to advance to the next lot. In the back features a large yard, a patio and a trampoline.
