Hatfield|Ulysses T.]] and [[Ruby Ann Hatfield]], and the brother of [[Hank Hatfield|Hank]] and [[Elizabeth Elvira Hatfield|Elizabeth Elvira]]. He and his brother seems to enjoy teasing their sister. Billy appears to be the meanest member of the family and is very sloppy but very outgoing.
