'''Unborn baby Keaton''' is the first child of [[Justine Keaton]] and [[Marty Keaton]]. If the pregnancy is left alone, the baby tends to be born a boy with the [[Clumsy]] and [[Couch Potato]] traits (opposite from Marty who has [[Athletic]] trait), it appears that the family are actual expecting a girl since it's room is completely pink and that there is a doll house. THis was mostly planned by the producers to create problems in the family as the player would (but doesnt actual have to) redesign the room for the baby. The baby will usually have black hair and dark skin like his/her parents.
