During the day, if you own a telescope, your Sims have the option to "Look Through" the telescope. In other words, spying on their neighbours; you can even see their neighbours and their cars, houses, etc. in thought bubbles! But sometimes, the neighbours catch them spying. The first and second-created Sims in the neighbourhood always shove Sims that they catch spying on them, even with full Niceness. That happens a lot in my custom neighbourhoods.
