*The amount of money that you mooch and if your mooching is sucsessful or not, depends on many factors. Having a high relationship with the target Sim will usually increase the chance of a mooching being sucsessful and it may also improve the amount of money that you get.
*The amount of money that you mooch off Sims isn't usually that much. Thus, being a mooch instead of having a job isn't very profitable at all.
