After I've found myself editing the wiki now and then, whenever I found something I thought I could contribute to, I think it's time I wrote a little bit about myself here. I've been playing the Sims ever since the original game. A friend introduced me to it at the time, she had the original base game and the first expansion. I soon became "infected" and got the game myself as well as all of the expansions. When The Sims 2 came out I had to get it as well. My most favorite part about the new game was probably how the Sims now lived a full "live", ranging from pregnancy (instead of cradles appearing from a whirlwind of flowers) to death of old age (or less natural reasons). I got all of the expansions for The Sims 2, even though I didn't get any of the stuff packs. At some point I sold my original The Sims collection, because I didn't play the original game anymore, my room got cramped (all those boxes needed quite a lot of space) and I could use the money I got from them. When The Sims 3 came out I didn't get it at once. At that time I had still an old computer way below the requirements, so it would have been pointless buying it. By now I have a better computer and finally got The Sims 3 as well as both expansions.
I'll probably not be a hardcore editor around here, because I've quite a lot to do for college and put most of my efforts into my own wiki projects ([[w:c:tamorapierce|Tamora Pierce Wiki]] and [[w:c:bibi-und-tina|Bibi und Tina Wiki (German)]]). But when I come across something catching my eye, I'll try to improve it by my best knowledge.
