He appears in every [[neighborhood]], being occasional the neighbor of [[Sim]]s who live in a middle [[apartment]]. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by [[marry]]ing him. Like all pre-made townies, Waylon's [[relationships]] with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game.

 

 

When it comes to his [[skill]]s, Waylon has 1 skill point in [[logic]], and 2 in [[creativity]], but he doesn't have any other skills. He is mostly [[interest]]ed in Food and Travel.
