Smash the boulder and dive in the well. Stand on the floor switch - and wait for the fire to stop or just zeneport or teleport. Collect the treasures and dive in the well. There's two gear switches, move the statues to the switches and collect treasure and loot if you want. Go through the door. Dive in the well and go through the door to the room in the middle. Move the statue to each of the switches to disarm the traps. Meanwhile you disarm the traps, stand on the floor switches. Collect loot and dive in the well. Go in through the two of the side doors and collect treasures. Then dive in the well and say yes to the tunnel question. Now you're done and back to the surface.
