Go down the stars and step through archway with the green path tiles to disable the traps. Step on the floor switch to reveal the hidden stairs in the library. Go forward, make two rights and go up the stairs. Just step on the floor switch to open the hidden door. Unfortunately you will still have to teleport to get past the traps.
Go back to the library to take the stairs now available. There will be gold coins to the left side,
