:It can be done (see [[Skin#The Sims 2|Skin]]), though I don't think it could be done for the default Maxis maternity clothes unless they're extracted as custom content. How it would look would probably depend on the mesh. Some creators that make custom maternity wear use meshes that have normal and pregnant morphs, but I don't know if that applies to the Maxis maternity clothes.
