Line 47:
Her parents were really proud of her and did not care when other kids' parents complained to them about Dorothée's attitude at school. Her sister admired her and she wanted to be as intelligent as her sister, a thing she accomplished. However, Lily was less despised than her sister because of her less arrogant demeanor.

Tragedy struck when her father, who was taking a bath in the sea, got stung by a Box Jellyfish and died due to it'sits extremely hazardous and painful venom. It wasn't the first nor the last time someone would die in the sea near the red seashore villa: Dorothée's grandfather walked on a deadly reef stonefish (one of the most poisonous fishes in the entire ocean), and much later, Lunaire Dortheimer would drown in it.

Rosalène then had to raise her daughters alone. Hopefully for her, Lily and Dorothée were really mature and didn't need their mother as much as other children.
Line 55:
When she became a teen, she became even more obnoxious than before with the other students. She took a teen job in the Business career track and reached it's top at lightning speed. She also was ready to do everything to outshine the others with the most cunning methods.

One day, Rosalène brought home a gift she received at work: a cowplant. However, Rosalène locked it away from her daughters , fearing an accident. She also warned them about the gruesome end that awaited them if they got preyed on by the monstruous plant. She also gained 7 scholarships thanks to her skills.

When both her and Lily wer teens, they went to university. They were as talented as ever and Dorothée was also as mean and haughty as ever. Dorothée's and Lily's ease toward studies (despite not working at all outside class) clashed with the harsh reputation of the Academie Le Tour, where even hard-working students had difficulties with their studies and had no freetime at all. Combined with Dorothée's constant scorn and arrogance, this sent half of the other students to the nursing home due to a deep depression.
