if you wana put a TS2 neighboorhood back to defaut you have to:
*go to my documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Neighbourhoods/ then delete the neighbourhood
*than go to C/EA Games/The Sims 2/TS2 Data/Res/User Data/Neighbourhoods and copy the neighbourhood you deleted and paste it again in the my documents folder where you deleted the neighbourhood.
