Luigi was born in Sicily, and immigrated to Bridgeport as a young lad. HeHis younger brother, Giovanni, was the more level-headed sibling. Luigi learned to make it in the world by threats and acts of violence, soon earning a name in the mafia as a mere teen. He advanced his way through the 'Family' by acts of thievery and violence, meeting his future wife at a bistro where he planned to kill an enemy. He soon settled down, receiving a large mansion on the outskirts of Brideport for killing a powerful marked man. Luigi and his wife Juliana soon had a daughter named Iva, who Luigi loved greatly.

For all his criminal acts, he didn't have pay a penny in bail, and never served jail time, mainly because no one would dare touch him and also because his brother was the Mayor of Bridgeport. He and his wife had a happy, loving relationship. He had a mutual dislike for his son-in-law Alva, and hated that Iva moved to Riverview to become a housewife.

Luigi died silently in his sleep one night. His wife shredded all his documents to ensure his name would remain clear, and no burden brought to the family. His daughter Neva and her family now reside in the large mansion, along with Juliana.
