The street it is on, 21 Wright way, is probably a pun on the original creator of [[The Sims]], Will Wright. On this lot, there is a fancy restaurant and a bar. In ''[[The Sims: House Party]]'' version of this lot, there will be slot machines in the bar. Outside, there are many tables and chairs and even a swing for couples to sit on. There is no rental shack on this lot. Hedman's Hideaway is also mentioned in a [[Politics|Lobyist]] chance card.
