'''Information''': I sent a message to Wikia staff asking them; 1 - If namespace name changes are possible and allowed, 2 - If we could rename the current Help namespace to something else. They responded that namespace renames can be done, but they advise against renaming the Help namespace, and suggest that any namespace we create/rename to not have the word 'help' in it, to avoid confusion.
