The crib and baby are essentially a single object. As long as the baby is in the crib, the crib can be moved in Buy mode or [[Build mode]]. However, if the baby is outside of the crib, the crib is considered to be "in use", and cannot be moved.
The baby is not considered to be a member of the household until it grows into a child. If cared for correctly, the baby will become a child after 72 hours and the crib will disappear.
