It Makes your Sims "Pass Out", and when it does it makes a static Sound.

In a goal you have to capture the Veloci-rooster for Daddy Bigbucks and you need 6 body skill points in order to do so without passing out.

* In [[The Urbz: Sims in the City (handheld)]] during mission 3-3 when guarding the graveyard your character will tell Daddy Bigbucks "Think again I'm as free as a Veloci-Rooster"
